Turn up the heat this summer! This camp gives up-and-coming cooks a chance to dive into the world of food, flavor, and fun. Campers will explore cuisines from around the globe while picking up essential kitchen skills like knife safety, sautéing, seasoning, and more. Each day features a different theme—Asian, Mexican, Italian, and Americana—giving campers a chance to work with new ingredients and try out recipes tied to each style. Throughout the week, campers experiment with bold flavors, take on cooking challenges, and enjoy lots of tasting and teamwork. Sizzle and Spice is all about building confidence in the kitchen, discovering new cultures through food, and sparking a love of cooking that lasts long after camp ends.
