Central Piedmont's Teen Central is geared towards 4th-9th grade students who are interested in computer science. Our Black Rocket courses are taught by experts, and offer cutting-edge creative technology for youth enrichment. These unique courses foster creativity, collaboration and critical thinking. Your student will learn new skills, gain confidence, and have a great time every step of the way.

Rev It Up: Teen Automotive Boot Camp
This course is designed to empower teenagers with the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently
manage essential car maintenance tasks, ensuring safe and responsible car ownership. As a teenager,
having a foundational understanding of car maintenance not only promotes personal safety but also cultivates a sense of independence and responsibility. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on activities, participants will explore everything they need to know from car basics to handling emergency situations. This is a class all teenage drivers can benefit from.
